They run everywhere in the incubator even with the egg however connected in some cases. I remarkably suggest putting down a non-slip mat in the incubator for them. Quail chicks that have just hatched are awful toward each other. They peck and pull at another chicks. They are attempting to have the other chicks up and going in case of Risk as well.
